  1. I had used Better Woman a few years ago. From reading the blog about Cathy I thought that maybe I wasn’t taking enough. I went off of your product and went through a bladder muscle therapy at the women’s center at our hospital. It actually helped tremendously, but as the years have passed, I think I need to try Better Woman again. I get up every 2 to 3 hours during the night, I have to go frequently during the day, I plan some of my trips by bathroom distance, and occasionally feel like I have an urgency like someone is squeezing my bladder. What do you recommend. I really like the thought of using something natural.

    • Exercise is good, but not enough. BetterWOMAN should be able to help you. Take 4 bottles minimum. Double the dosage is needed.
